Tenants are responsible for their own furniture and technology; however, each office benefits from a dedicated high-speed internet connection. All shared areas - including reception, meeting rooms and communal spaces - are fully furnished and professionally maintained.

  • Northwood House 1880 is suited to individuals, small teams and growing businesses. Office sizes vary across the building, with individual offices designed for 2–3 people, larger suites suitable for up to 9, and the spacious West Wing offering flexible options for larger companies or adjoining offices, subject to availability.

  • Yes. Memberships are offered on flexible licence terms, allowing your workspace to adapt as your business evolves. This flexibility makes it easier to scale, reconfigure or relocate within the building over time.

  • Yes. Members have access to thoughtfully designed shared lounges, breakout areas and meeting rooms. These spaces are designed to support informal working, collaboration and moments away from the desk, within a calm and professional environment.

  • Yes. Day Passes are available and offer flexible access to our shared workspace in the Grand Hall during opening hours. Please contact us for availability and details.

  • Meeting room access is available to members and can be discussed as part of your membership. Please get in touch with the team to talk through your requirements and availability.

  • Yes. There is limited on site parking available,  however there is plenty free on street parking in the immediate vicinity.

  • Northwood House 1880 is open Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Access outside of these hours may be available to members, depending on their workspace agreement. Please contact the team if you have specific access requirements.
