Offices range from intimate two-person rooms to larger suites, with several overlooking the gardens. Each office can be taken as a blank canvas for you to fit out with your own furniture, or furnished for you ahead of your arrival, depending on your preference - either way, the result is a professional environment that feels personal rather than generic.
Membership includes access to shared amenities, meeting spaces and communal areas, and private offices are available on licences of 6 to 24 months, giving you the security of a settled base with the flexibility to adapt as your business grows.

For those who don't require a private office, a dedicated desk membership offers 24/7 access to your own permanent desk in The Morning Room - a bright, beautiful shared workspace on the ground floor of Northwood House 1880, overlooking the gardens.
Each desk comes with a lockable pedestal and privacy divider, so your workspace is yours alone. Membership also includes complimentary refreshments and access to the gardens, kitchen and the Grand Hall lounge, giving you a professional place to work, meet and connect without the commitment of a private office.
With only 10 desks available, The Morning Room offers a quiet, considered environment for independent professionals, consultants and small businesses. Licences run on a three-month minimum term with one month's notice, so your space can adapt as your business grows.

Day Passes provide a desk in the Morning Room, or a place in the Grand Hall lounge, subject to availability - a professional and welcoming setting to work for the day.
Designed for occasional use, Day Pass access is ideal for independent professionals, visitors, or those seeking a change of scenery. Both spaces offer a calm, shared environment suited to laptop working, informal meetings and focused tasks throughout the day.
Day Passes include access to shared amenities and communal spaces during opening hours, offering a simple, flexible way to experience Northwood House 1880 on your own terms.
