Local couple Scott and Brenda Ettershank are the founders of Northwood House 1880, a unique flexible workspace created within a carefully restored Victorian mansion in Broughty Ferry, Dundee.

With decades of experience in property, business, sales and marketing, they bring a wealth of commercial knowledge and entrepreneurial expertise to the project. Over the years, they have been involved in property investment, renovation, development and asset management across Tayside and beyond, developing a strong reputation for identifying opportunities and transforming properties with long-term potential.

Brenda has built a successful career spanning property investment, property sourcing, sales and marketing, helping investors, homeowners and businesses throughout Scotland. Her passion for property, customer experience and business development has been instrumental in shaping the vision for Northwood House 1880.

Together, Scott and Brenda share a passion for restoring historic buildings and giving them a sustainable future. The house is staffed Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Private Office and Dedicated Desk members have 24/7 access.
