A dedicated desk is a fixed desk, not a hot desk: your screen, notes and belongings stay exactly where you left them, and you sit with the same neighbours each day. With only ten desks in the room, the Morning Room stays quiet and familiar, a place to work rather than a place to pass through.
Members have 24/7 access, seven days a week, so early starts, late finishes and weekend sessions are all possible. Licences run on a three-month minimum, then rolling monthly with one month's notice, with one clear fee and no long-term lock-in.
Hot Desking & Day Passes
A desk for the day, when you need one.
Not everyone needs a full-time base. A Day Pass gives you a desk in the Morning Room when one is free, or a seat in the Grand Hall lounge, for a single day, with Wi-Fi, refreshments and the gardens included. It suits visitors to Dundee, remote workers wanting a change of scene, and anyone who'd like to try the space before committing.
Day Passes are subject to availability and can be booked online in minutes.
Part-Time Coworking
A few days a week, without full-time rates.
If you split your time between home, clients and a shared workspace, a coworking pass gives you a set number of days each month at a lower rate than paying day by day, to use whenever suits you. It sits between the occasional Day Pass and a full-time Dedicated Desk.

Dedicated desk members aren't tied to office hours. Come in early, stay late or work at the weekend — your desk is available around the clock, seven days a week, so the space fits the way you work rather than the other way round.
Free on-site parking
A limited number of free parking spaces are available on site, with further on-street parking nearby. Dedicated Desk members can park at the house each day, and Day Pass visitors are welcome to use a space when one is free.
